London Football Academy

London Football Academy is for students studying in the London area and environs who wish to develop their football skills alongside their studies at the University. Most students who joined this academy are students studying at the University of Surrey, University of East London, Middlesex University, Staffordshire University, etc.

Our London Academy empowers young footballers and students through weekly sessions led by UEFA licensed coaches. Players from various regions can enroll in the full-time program, linking them with professional and semi-professional clubs. The academy provides training, games, and career development support.

We're dedicated to helping aspiring footballers achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Our experienced coaching team provide top-notch training programs designed to give your child the skills and confidence they need to succeed in football.

CITY OVERVIEW

Life in London

London is a well-known city when it comes to the game of football. The city of London is home to notable clubs such as Chelsea FC, Arsenal FC, Fulham FC, Westham United FC, Queens Park Rangers FC, Bromley FC, etc. This offers a distinctive opportunity for players to be exposed to professional football opportunities with these clubs. Our players often attends trials at these clubs, enhancing their opportunity of being scouted.

London offers diverse sports, from football (home to clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea, Westham United, etc) to rugby, cricket (Lord's Cricket Ground), and tennis (Wimbledon). Running events like London Marathon and cycling in parks like Hyde park are popular. Water sports thrives along the Thames, and gyms/yoga studios cater to fitness enthusiasts.

London's weather is temperate, with mild summer (average 20-24°C) ideal for outdoor activities like picnics or sports. Springs and autumn are pleasant. Winters are chilly (2-8°C) but rarely extreme, allowing year-round outdoor sport activities.

London's train network, including the London Underground, London Overground, Elizabeth line, and Dockland Light Railway (DLR), facilitates travel within the city and nearby areas. These systems connects major railway stations, central business areas, and iconic locations.

Training Schedule

To accommodate students' academic commitments, training sessions are strategically scheduled on weekday evenings and weekends. Additional sessions for individual player development can be arranged based on each player's university timetable.

Player Development Plan

Every player will go through our rigorous football training routine anchored by our qualified UEFA coach. This will enhance the player's tactical, technical, Psychological, and social skills, enabling each player to acquire the necessary skills required to compete at both Professional and semi-professional levels.

What Fee Covers

1Football Training with UEFA-qualified Coach

Players will be trained by highly qualified UEFA Coaches to ensure that players develop the required skills to compete professionally.

2Individual Player Report

An individual Player Report is generated for each player, outlining the strengths and weaknesses of the player. This is an important document required by professional clubs for assessing the suitability of the player.

3Player Development Plan

The individual development plan will be created for each player in the first instance. This shows the development road map for each player. This is to ensure that each receives an appropriate development in the area of need while enhancing their strong areas.

4Football Trial with Pro Clubs

Players will be exposed to Pro football trials around the UK. These are both trials organized by the Professional Football Scouts Association, United Kingdom, well attended by Scouts of the Premier League all over the world and Pro clubs' in-house trials.

5Training Kits

Players receive training kits. However, each player is expected to provide their foot wears and, socks, and chin guard.

6Player Performance Analysis

Player performance and development are usually analyzed to ascertain the extent of progress and skill development. This regular evaluation always helps the coach to spot areas of weakness and strength of the player.

7Fitness Training

Physical strength and fitness are key elements of player development. Players are occasionally engaged in a supervised gym to ensure the development of physical and mental dexterity.

8Outdoor Exercise

Outdoor activities are an integral part of development and training activities that players are exposed to. Activities like mountain climbing, hiking, swimming, etc. are necessary for the all-around development of players.

9Sport Therapy/Nutrition

Each player receives medical and health advice from our seasoned professional Sport Therapist. Nutrition is also very important in keeping fit. Players are encouraged to stick to healthy nutrition.

10Match Analysis/Classroom teaching

Match Analysis is another way of reviewing the game and pointing out some faulty decisions in the game. Academy and friendly matches are analyzed and dissected so players can improve their knowledge of the game.

11League Club Tours

There is a regular visit to Premier League clubs around London, and tickets for matches are also provided for players.

12PFSA Football Trials

All players are taken to the Professional Football Scout Association Football Trial held in the London area. Scouts from all over the UK league clubs and outside the United Kingdom, thus allowing each player to be scouted graze the trial.

Link with Pro Football Clubs

British AUC Sport connects with various UK and European league clubs, academies, and Scouts on a regular basis to ensure that our players have many opportunities and exposure to becoming professional footballers.
